A trusted network behind you.
When your case calls for care beyond physical therapy, we coordinate directly with our established network
of orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, primary care physicians, and imaging centers throughout Orange
County. Rather than starting from scratch with an unfamiliar office, you get a warm introduction to a
clinician we know and trust — which, in our experience, is what moves things quickly when timing matters.
Extended one-on-one visits.
More time with your therapist means a more thorough evaluation, hands-on treatment, and a plan tailored
specifically to you.
Priority scheduling.
Get the appointment times you need, when you need them — with priority access to our schedule.
Direct provider access.
Communicate directly with your therapist for questions, updates, and guidance throughout your care.
Who This Is For
Concierge is the right fit if you're:
Recovering from surgery. Experienced hands on your case from day one, when it matters the most.
Conventional PT didn't work for you. You got the same routine as everyone else. We investigate until we isolate what's actually driving your problem, then build your plan around that.
An athlete with demands beyond the general population. Returning to sport requires more than returning to pain-free. You need a therapist who understands your sport, your load, and what it actually takes to compete again — not a generic discharge criteria.
Concierge Practitioners
Dr. Victor Rusenescu, PT, DPT
Practice OwnerView bio expand_moreA native of South Orange County, Dr. Victor Rusenescu has been in the physical therapy industry since 1999 — nearly three decades spent in and around the same community he grew up in. He earned his doctoral degree from Loma Linda University in 2007 and has spent the years since building OCPT into a practice known for getting people back to their actual lives, not just out of pain.
His clinical reputation rests on judgment. Decades of pattern recognition mean he sees things earlier and more accurately than protocol allows for — and he stays deliberately current, tracking new research in rehabilitation, movement science, nutrition, and recovery so that his patients benefit from what's working now rather than what was standard a decade ago. For complex or long-standing cases that haven't responded elsewhere, that depth of experience is often the difference.
He also understands his patients from the inside. Victor is a lifelong athlete — cycling, running, golf, and tennis — and has worked through many of the same injuries and limitations his clients bring him. That informs a genuinely conservative philosophy: pursuing every avenue of movement-based recovery before surgery, injections, or invasive procedures enter the conversation. For concierge patients, that means an owner-level clinician who will tell you honestly what your body needs, and what it doesn't.
Victor and his wife, Janet, a perinatal RN, built OCPT around a straightforward principle — that people deserve care from someone genuinely invested in the outcome. Nearly thirty years in, that hasn't changed.
Dr. Haze Hernandez, PT, DPT
Clinical DirectorView bio expand_moreWith over a decade in practice, Dr. Haze Hernandez has built his career around a specific kind of patient: the one who has already tried the conventional route and wants something considerably better. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2015 and has since spent more than ten years in outpatient orthopedics, treating everything from complex post-surgical cases to the persistent, high-level movement problems that never quite resolve in a standard clinic.
His approach is diagnostic before it's therapeutic. Rather than chasing symptoms, he evaluates movement quality, biomechanics, recovery capacity, and the underlying reasons a body keeps arriving at the same injury — then builds a plan that addresses the actual cause. That work spans injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and performance optimization for clients who need to return to demanding lives, not just tolerable ones.
As Clinical Director, he sets the treatment standards across both OCPT locations. In the concierge program, he applies them personally: advanced manual therapy, precisely targeted programming, and unhurried sessions built entirely around one patient. No shared attention. No protocol-driven care. No timeline dictated by an insurer.
Outside the clinic, he is a road cyclist and golfer — pursuits that keep his own understanding of performance, recovery, and longevity firmly first-hand.
