Orange County Physical Therapy (OCPT) thrives on providing the most optimal results in the least amount of sessions possible. We accomplish this by having a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) assess your needs and develop a plan specific to your new or chronic condition. Each doctor is highly trained and educated on current and effective treatment procedures that produce faster results. This is why every treatment session is one on one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
We focus each physical therapy treatment on listening to your concerns to discover the underling cause to why you are experiencing pain and/or difficulty with your daily activities. Each treatment session is specified to improve pain, limitations, and to achieve the best outcomes for your goals.
We have a variety of skill sets to provide you with to help meet your physical needs. Whether your goal is to return to a sport, activity, or improve daily pain experiences following an injury or surgery, we strive to expand your knowledge about your pain or injury and teach you how you can be an active participant in your recovery.
Live. Life. Now. : OCPT restores and promotes a healthy lifestyle by encouraging physical wellness to all its surrounding communities.

A native of South Orange County, Dr. Victor Rusenescu has been in the physical therapy industry since 1999 — nearly three decades spent in and around the same community he grew up in. He earned his doctoral degree from Loma Linda University in 2007 and has spent the years since building OCPT into a practice known for getting people back to their actual lives, not just out of pain.
His clinical reputation rests on judgment. Decades of pattern recognition mean he sees things earlier and more accurately than protocol allows for — and he stays deliberately current, tracking new research in rehabilitation, movement science, nutrition, and recovery so that his patients benefit from what's working now rather than what was standard a decade ago. For complex or long-standing cases that haven't responded elsewhere, that depth of experience is often the difference.
He also understands his patients from the inside. Victor is a lifelong athlete — cycling, running, golf, and tennis — and has worked through many of the same injuries and limitations his clients bring him. That informs a genuinely conservative philosophy: pursuing every avenue of movement-based recovery before surgery, injections, or invasive procedures enter the conversation. For concierge patients, that means an owner-level clinician who will tell you honestly what your body needs, and what it doesn't.
Victor and his wife, Janet, a perinatal RN, built OCPT around a straightforward principle — that people deserve care from someone genuinely invested in the outcome. Nearly thirty years in, that hasn't changed.

With over a decade in practice, Dr. Haze Hernandez has built his career around a specific kind of patient: the one who has already tried the conventional route and wants something considerably better. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2015 and has since spent more than ten years in outpatient orthopedics, treating everything from complex post-surgical cases to the persistent, high-level movement problems that never quite resolve in a standard clinic.
His approach is diagnostic before it's therapeutic. Rather than chasing symptoms, he evaluates movement quality, biomechanics, recovery capacity, and the underlying reasons a body keeps arriving at the same injury — then builds a plan that addresses the actual cause. That work spans injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and performance optimization for clients who need to return to demanding lives, not just tolerable ones./p>
As Clinical Director, he sets the treatment standards across both OCPT locations. In the concierge program, he applies them personally: advanced manual therapy, precisely targeted programming, and unhurried sessions built entirely around one patient. No shared attention. No protocol-driven care. No timeline dictated by an insurer. Outside the clinic, he's a road cyclist and golfer — pursuits that keep his own understanding of performance, recovery, and longevity firmly first-hand.

Growing up Autumn always knew she wanted a career in which she could help others, and couldn’t fathom the idea of sitting in an office for a traditional 9-5 job. It wasn’t until she experienced an injury at 13 years old when she was introduced to the world of physical therapy and knew that this career would be the perfect marriage between serving her community, and allowing her the ability to be mobile and hands on with her work.
Autumn was born and raised in Orange County before she ventured off to Stockton, California where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Exercise, and Sports Medicine at University of the Pacific in 2017. Wanting to be closer to home and her family, Autumn attended Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles, and she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2021. During this time she had experience in outpatient orthopedics, acute care, pediatrics, occupational medicine, and even participated in a neuro pro-bono clinic. While her experiences are varied, she is most passionate about outpatient orthopedics and focuses on aiding and empowering her patients to improve their quality of life, and wants to leave you with a smile after each interaction.
When not working, Autumn enjoys reading (and will take any book recommendations you offer), hitting the trails with her dogs, a good game night, and spending quality time with her family.
